With over 20 years of experience between them (plus a wedding and a baby named Peppa), this food buff duo is in business to cater for you. Dan and Bridget are passionate about food and have the record to prove it, with two decades of kitchen work in New Zealand and abroad behind them. They have travelled the world and worked in some top cafes and restaurants in Gibraltar and Australia. As a result they produce a world class range of products, and an expansive, delectable range of menu options.
The unique feature of Smoke House Cuisine is their creative rendering of smoked meats. Using portable smoke units and Gisborne grape wood, their meats and marinades will pique the gourmet in anybody.
