There is no meat or fish we can’t smoke!
All our meats are marinated in our specialty BBQ rubs overnight and slowly smoked in a woodfired smoke pit using local grape wood. We also have large ovens connected to our smoker which will simply roast any meat to perfection, without the smoky flavor, your choice! Maybe try one of each!
